Huawei Nexus specs leaked by Evan Blass

Famed leaker @evleaks outed some specs for the upcoming Huawei Nexus device on Twitter. We’ve already heard lots of rumors that Huawei will work with Google to create one of two Nexus devices releasing this fall. The other Nexus device is expected to be a 5.2″ smartphone from LG. The new information from Evan Blass (@evleaks) reveals that the Huawei Nexus will feature a 5.7″ QHD screen, Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 820 SoC, fingerprint scanner, all housed inside a metal construction.

These specs sound pretty damn good and match the rumored specs of most other late-2015 flagships. The 5.7″ size puts the new Huawei Nexus a bit smaller than the Motorola Nexus 6, something that will likely be welcomed by many users. Considering the reputable history of evleaks, this rumor deserves some attention. Stay locked here to HOA News for the latest leaks on the Huawei Nexus and all upcoming Android phones!

"I am currently a researcher and Adjunct Professor at Arizona State University and Grand Canyon University. I fell in love with Android with the Nexus One release and realized that it was superior to iOS in all the ways I care about. I still use a Mac (and an iPhone for the camera), but my Apple tech products pale in comparison to my number of Android devices (watches, tablets, and phones). When I’m not rooting/modding one of my many Android phones or doing math/programming, you can find me taking in Phoenix Suns/Arizona Diamondbacks games in downtown Phoenix, and drinking good beer!"
