Upcoming LG Chip OutPerforms Best Samsung Exynos

LG has relied heavily on Snapdragon processors in the past, but it appears that they are currently working on a processor of their own to compete with what Samsung is offering with the Exynos series. This is a big deal when it comes to competition. Until now Samsung has built their processors to compete with Snapdragon, but adding a new chip to the mix will push everyone to be on their game with new chip development!

LG’s chip is called the Nuclun chip. The Nuclun was tested with the GeekBench benchmarking test and came out ahead of the best Exynos. The Nuclun 2 scored 5393 multithreaded compared to Samsung’s score of 4970. The Nuclun 2 also scored 1796 single threaded while Samsung scored 1486. This chip is not set in stone for release in any upcoming device, and could just be experimental. There is a chance that we may see the chip in a device like the G Pro 3. The benchmark could just be faked since it is pretty simple to do a mock up of these benchmark results.
