Android Pay “Tap 10” Rewards Now Live-Free Music+Chromecast Offers

This morning Google is rolling out a promo within the Android Pay app called “Tap 10” which allows you to earn free rewards by simply tapping and paying with Android Pay over the next month. It appears that you will be offered different rewards depending on your account. I noticed that Droid Life reported that every 10th tape will receive a free Chromecast, but I am not seeing that offer in my “Tap 10” card within the Android Pay app. As you can see below, my offer is for a free song from Play Music for each of my 1st, 6th, and 10th taps with Android Pay.

The offer is set to expire on February 29th, so you have some time to get those taps going. I will probably just use Android Pay to buy my vending machine snacks at the university for the next month. Let us know if you are seeing the offer in your Android Pay app and which rewards you see offered to you. I wish I was getting the Chromecast offer Droid Life showed off, a free Chromecast is a sweet deal. Check out all the terms and conditions below.

Glad to see I’m not the only one not offered the chromecast. I see what you see.

"I am currently a researcher and Adjunct Professor at Arizona State University and Grand Canyon University. I fell in love with Android with the Nexus One release and realized that it was superior to iOS in all the ways I care about. I still use a Mac (and an iPhone for the camera), but my Apple tech products pale in comparison to my number of Android devices (watches, tablets, and phones). When I’m not rooting/modding one of my many Android phones or doing math/programming, you can find me taking in Phoenix Suns/Arizona Diamondbacks games in downtown Phoenix, and drinking good beer!"
